Page turn/flip in tablet mode, locking the display layout

Using a 2-in-1 convertible Dell 17" folded in tablet mode, portrait mode, I wish to use MuseScore as a "de luxe" metronome for practicing with playback and I would like to be able to flip pages by swiping quickly, as in Adobe Acrobat.
Even if I choose to display a full page, the display never locks on pages.
