To be deleted?

Sometimes due to misunderstanding (benefit of the doubt) someone comments in the wrong sections or makes unhelpful/untimely changes (ex: https://musescore.org/it/tutorials ).
Is there any way to delete them? I don't think so.
Should we just edit them with "To be deleted"?
