What you make with MuseScore, your own creation, you can use as you wish, even for commercial purposes.
If it is your own composition, then yes on both questions:
(1) You can use it in your video game.
(2) It is protected by copyright; namely your own copyright.
MuseScore itself does not place any additional restrictions on the scores/audio created by it.
