shortcut for different note input modes

Dear community,

i often switch betweeen the two note input modes step time &repitch. For the second one, there's a shortcut (Ctrl + Shift + I). Is there a possibility to create a shhortcut for the first? Or maybe even the other modi?

Is there maybe a plugin?
Its a small inconvinience, but maybe you guys have the same problem?
