When changing the placement of dynamics to "above staff" in Styles, change the placement of hairpins, too
It would be nice to have all dynamics-related markings move together when the placement of dynamics is changed to "above staff" in Stlyes.

Indeed, this would be nice. Since they are different element types, technically this would be wrong, but it would also be what people actually expect. I could imagine a program preference or style setting, "automatically correlate dynamics and hairpin offsets" to control the behavior I guess.
