You should already be seeing a blank page when you start MuseScore. be sure you really have started MuseScore, the notation software you download and install onto your computer. Neither the website nor the mobile apps for iOS or Android have any sort of composing capability.
To print, File / Print or the standard shortcut Ctrl+P.
