Instant crash on 3.6

I downloaded musescore 3.6 and did the "reboot the computer" option to finish installation (if that matters). I had to manually reset my DPI as everything was broken but everytime i open it up, it crashes at about the time that the normal start up pop up would appear, they may be correlated, any advice? I have a piece due at the end of january and I really need to finish it up lol, thanks!
