Musescore3 cashing

Hi, when I load Musescore3 a notice appears, (see attachment) when I choose yes or no Musescore loads but only for a few seconds then crashes. can anyone advise how to cure this, please.

The attachment is missing, but likely you need to :
1. Reboot your PC
2. Run the installer again (without launching MuseScore)
