Tour is stuck in system language even when application language is selected
My system language is actually in English, but my datetime is in Japanese (it's part of learning). I'm not sure why this is, but for whatever reason about half of applications detect my default language as Japanese, probably something to do with how Windows reports it. I'm not super proficient in Japanese, but I can navigate installers and basic UIs, however for doing actual work my preferred language is English.
When I was in the installer, I selected English as the language, and verified in the preferences that it was set. The general UI is all in English except for the tour. I've attached an image of both.
This isn't the biggest deal in the world, but it'd be nice if the tour obeyed the settings language. If there is a separate setting for the tour please tell me, and I'd note that I don't think it's in an obvious spot and is somewhat unintuitive if tour and UI language are in different places.
