Resizing Title bar and removing indent from first system

I'm trying to prepare an exact copy for HTML. These must the be latest release problems for me.

I try to ship with as small borders as possible so the post processor doesn't have to crop it. I used to be able to grab the small box on title insert and move it up so I had a flat line instead of a box. Grab and go isn't working for me today.

I need to replicate the original with all systems left align. This has the first system indented. How do I change it back to left align?
