tempo change is stuck and I can't change

I was making changes in 1.2 bars, and when I went back to play it, the tempo had slowed down just for the 1.5 bars. Before or after these bars the tempo is correct. I noted that inspector was visible on the right - but don't remember touching it or any other editing spots. I've tried to get these bars up to the tempo but clicking the tempo bar, putting in the correct above these two bars, but there is no change. How can I get it back up to the right speed?
