Driver problem with Soundcraft MTK 12 + OBS and Musescore 3
I used to do this all the time, I teach piano lessons and sometimes I use musescore to show a sheet music, but after the update when I open OBS either Musescore works fine, and OBS doesn't recognize my mixing desk, or OBS does recognize it, but Musescore won't play a sheet music, it will open, but not be playable.

I don't know what "mixing desk" you mean or which update you mean, but it sounds like perhaps an issue with OBS. If it's sharing the screen, be sure to share the entire application not just the main window, and be sure to share the sound.
