Changing MuseScore behavior in the playback of a repeat of a part.

I have a piece in which I want a section of the part to be played up (or down ...) THE 2ND TIME THROUGH ONLY. Is there any well to tell MuseScore to, say implement the 8va---------- only the second time through the part?
