The musescore.com server (like most other users) likely doesn't have you custom font installed. You now have 2 options:
Option 1: The font is of utmost importance. Use the image capture tool to create an SVG image of your title. Then remove the title text again and add the SVG image instead.
Option 2: Limit yourself to the supported fonts.
Guaranteed fonts are the defaults from MuseScore itself (Edwin/FreeSans/FreeSerif).
Other fonts currently supported are Google Fonts.
