How do I have separate stems (up and down) on both main and alternate text in a closed score?
When I click a note to make it into voice 3 or 4, the notes jump around and make it impossible.

Perfect, thanks so much - how did you do it? It's throughout the song, it's for an assignment for college, due at 6pm this evening! It's now lunchtime!

Using voices 1 and 2 for the upper lyrics 3 and 4 for the lower, and tweaking chord offsets and size (small) and flip noteheads to the other side of the stem (Shift+X) on some notes.
