Uneven Multi-Measure Rest

It's impossible to tell exactly from a picture, but you probably either have "break multimeasure rest" ticked in the measure properties of the 2nd measure of the run of rest bars or you have attached something to that measure like a rehearsal mark or text that may have been dragged elsewhere but is still attached to that 2nd measure.

So, check the setting of "break multimeasure rest". If that is not ticked, select all the measures you want to include in the multimeasure rest and press delete and whatever disappears is what is forcing the break. If those don't sort it out come back here and attach the score.

This wouldn't cause the problem in itself - and as mentioned, we'd need the actual score, not just a picture, to say for sure what is causing it. But one thing I can see fro the picture is it looks like you have incorrectly added whole rests in those otherwise empty measure,s instead of leave them as the default measures rests they started with. This creates a confusing look - the empty measures should be centered. Not that it will matter once they are turned into multimeasure rests, but if you're in the habit of doing that, it will be problematic anywhere there is a single measure of rest. Just leave the default whole rest in place.
