Copy and pasting

When copy pasting measures, I realized that the tempo does not paste as well. When using tempo plugins, and sensitive fractional changes in tempo, doing it manually is almost impossible, and time consuming. Is there a function where you can copy paste everything related to the notes, if not, I think it would be a good idea to consider. (this works with text, but not tempo) Also, when you delete notes in a measure that had tempo, the tempo markings stay, which is kinda annoying, causing a person to delete the whole measure, and then, adding a empty measure back.
