To be able to replace the default value for dynamics
I want a setting that allows me to change the default value for dynamics. For example, I want the default values of F to be 90, MF 80, MP 60 without having to edit each individually.

You can do that. Add one of each of these markings to your score, customize them as desired, then ctrl+shift+drag them back to the palette. Feel free to also delete the original versions - they'll actually still remain, hidden behind the "More" icon.
