Ghost position identifiers

In writing a twenty-something - instrument orchestral plus chorus score, I prefer to use the continuous view rather than the page view. When progressing into the music, the instrument names are ghosted on the left side, which is fantastic (see the attachment below) How about ghosting measure numbers across the top? That would be equally helpful! Thanks!
