Parts of Palettes are missing
I'm trying to add some colored lines to my teaching material but have not been able to for some time as parts of the palettes are missing. And in the case of the Lines palette, all are missing. I'm not sure if this is a known bug, or something that has recently developed. My system says I'm using Muscore 3.0. I've included an image so you'll see what I'm seeing.

Reset Palette: Discards any customizations made to a palette and restores its default contents and layout.

I think you've simply made your palettes window too narrow to display those symbols. Widen it a little and all should be well.
