removing articulations
I am trying to edit the text of my song and need to reove the articulation of - cannot figure out how to do it

Select an element with a right click->All Similar Elements->Del
What or which articulation do you mean?
MuseScore 2.0.2, seriously? Use at least 2.3.2, but better (and possible in parallel) 3.6.2
Anyway, as far as I can tell there's no articulation, so none to delete, there is however a lyris syllable that is misplaced:

(Far less prominent in MuseScore 2.3.2 though...)
Select it and in Inspector hit the the reset button next to the Element's x/y positions
