Increase colour contrast for the active tab header in the Dark theme.

In the Light theme, the colour difference is at least noticeable, although not great, but in the Dark mode, the colours look almost the same to me. There is no way to edit the tab colour, right? Then, I think that the active tab colour should be different. Why not use the accent colour (blue)?
