Increasing pitch then go back to normal pitch

Any ideas on how to do this notation? (Cause I found this on nkoda looking for Canyons to the stars by Messiaen)

MuseScore doesn't have line-drawing facilities, but you can draw that in any program that does, then capture it as an image and paste it in to MuseScore. It is probably also possible to assemble something similar using various Unicode characters you could add within a staff text using the Special Characters palette (press F2 while editing text to display).

I wonder if this suggestion will work for you - see https://musescore.org/en/node/320619

You'd need to make up a file with the specific notation to add to the score in a graphics or photo package, and make sure that only the characters and outlines you need are in an appropriate colour. The background should be transparent, and you'd probably have to use PNG format for the image. Actually depending on the image you may be able to use GIF and TIFF formats as well, though I suspect that GIF wouldn't work so well with very coloured images.
