Export CC to all instruments ?

Hm I don't know if I did something wrong. BUT it seems that exporting a mid. file from musescore only export the CC on the first intrument. At least for the CC02 for when changing the dynamics. Is there a option to enable all CC from all instruments??

Are those instruments all capable of single note dynamics?
Is that enabled in the staff/instrument properties, and are they using am 'expr.' variant of their sound?
