MIDI Opening issue

So I wanted to open my .midi file I've written in FL Studio and just don't want to spend hours writing the sheet music. The problem is when I try to load it up there pops up a new project, but it's blank and I can't do anything about it. All I see is an empty page with a .midi settings window, but it's blank. I've attached the screenshot of the situation. What can I do to make it work? Cheers.
