There's been a clef added on every staff without me placing them there?

All on the same measure of the score, there were clefs (along with key signatures) added to every staff and I don't know why. So far, this has happened three times. Once on one of my scores, and twice on another. I have tried just getting rid of them, but when I save the score they all come back on the same measure.
