Hello, so I downloaded the .pdf of De Profundis by Sofia Gubaidulina. And I'm thinking "This is a masterpiece!" But, at the same time. I'm thinking "WHAT IS THIS?!!!" (see for yourself)

If you mean the notes with no head, I assume those are meant to suggest imprecise pitch, just the general idea of moving your fingers across the keys in that sort of pattern. You can mark the noteheads invisible in MuseScore. Also I see feathered beaming, that can be applied from the Beam Properties palette.
