Weird measure stretch

Weird stretched measure that I have no memory editing(see picture). Doesn't respond to { or } shortcuts.
Anyone know why this happens or how to fix it?

Somewhere in my memory I believe to remember on such a behavior. Please attache the corresponding score, to see what happens.

Select the note in measure 66, via Inspector reset the Leading space

In that measure I see a leading space of "50.00sp". Selecting this measure and pressing the "reset to style default" in the inspector (section segment/leading space) should solve it.
