Cambio de indicador de compas pero el valor de las notas se mantiene
Tengo una partitura en 3/4, intento cambiarla a 6/8 pero al insertar el indicador de compás, las notas siguen siendo 3 negras por compás

Merely changing the time signature does not alter any already-entered note values. You would need to also modify those, such as by selecting the whole score with Ctrl+A, then Ctrl+X to cut, then use Edit / Paste Half Duration.
