Hi Steve,
Best that I can tell Musescore does not offer a prebuilt template for baritone uke, so I created a baritone uke template for you. Try importing or pasting 8vb treble notation into the template. Or enter notes from scratch.
When making the template I linked the tablature and 8vb treble—so changes on one staff are reflected in the other. It's possible to alter that configuration and have the staves unlinked.
UPDATE: Jojo pointed out that I forgot to attach the template score! (Thanks Jojo!)
