Audio devices disappear

Musescore has had no problem till 3 month ago.
but now, all audio devices has disappeared on I/O setting.
therefore I can't use MIDI device or playback function.
It works on other software, DAW, audio player..
it only happens on Musescore.
why has it disappeared?
I use windows10, Musescore 3.6.2
