Change strings playback from arco to pizz on the fly.

Somewhere in the Myriad of MuseScore videos I viewed, I saw a video of how to have the strings playback change midstream from arco to pizz and back. I don't remember where I saw it and have not been able to find it among the menus in MS. Thank you in advance for your help.
