Online Community in Start Center inaccessible after network disconnect

I had this (very minor) issue today. I was running the latest MuseScore 3.6 on my laptop where I did not have Internet access. When I opened the Start Center, the "Online Community" pane showed an error about the Internet Connection being down. This is fine and good. Later, I resumed my laptop at home where I do have Internet access. I opened the Start Center again, but the Online Community still displayed the connection error. There was nothing on the start center dialog window that allowed me to reset the connection or try again. I had to exit MuseScore and and restart it for it to become enabled again.

Anyone else had this? Should I make a bug report? (But, it's so minor...)
