Tablature - Mountain Dulcimer

Tablature does not callout the correct fret numbers related to the staff notes. Can't find a way to calibrate the fret number to the related note. I can manually correct the fret numbers, but that defeats the purpose of adding the tablature staff via the software. Example, reference the attached file, the first measure the software creates fret numbers : 5-4-2-0-2-4-0. Desired fret numbers I want are: 3-2-1-0-1-2-0.
Would like direction as to how to recalibrate the macro so I get the desired results. I would love to use this program rather than the "Tabledit" program I've used in the past, which is very difficult to work with.
The dulcimer tuning is (A440 Hz) D-A-D.
