Need help with software issue.

Hey, I'm trying to compose a stand tune for our tuba section, and I need to split it into parts so it fits into our flip folder. Does anyone know how to disconnect this barline that I'm highlighting in this picture and the one above it so I can delete the two measures below the top measures?

Itz isn't quite clear what exactly you mean, but try
File > Parts
Or
Format > Style > Score > Hide empty staves
If neither helps, explain better and share the score, not just a small images of it
