Change instrument

I am working on arranging some music for brass band. The bass trombone then is a C instrument. In the brass band where I play, the trombone is a Bb instrument. How can I make the necessary change so that the bass trombone will be a Bb instrument?

Assuming you mean, you want to change it for the entire score, right-click the staff, Staff/Part Properties, Change Instruments, search for "trombone" using the box provided, and select the Bb version.
