'Hide instrument name' is not saved with .mss
'Hide instrument name if there is only 1 instrument' is not saved with a file's style. If you load the file's .mss into another file, it changes to an unchecked box and instrument names reappear.

I'm not see this this. Can you post more precise steps to reproduce?
I tried saving an MSS file with the option turned on (the default), and also with the option turned off. I then examined both files with a text editor and verified that the former set the option to 1 and the latter to 0. I then created a new score with a single instrument (with the option left on as it is by default, so the name was hidden), then loaded the first MSS file (the one that has the option). The name did not appear. I then loaded the second MSS file, and the name appeared again. I then loaded the first MSS file again and it disappeared again.
In all respects, this was exactly as it should be.
