Add arbitrary URL to score, display it as QR Code

It would be nice to have the option to associate an arbitrary URL with a music score. When the score it printed, the URL would be displayed as a QR code.

The use case I have in mind is when you are handing out copies of sheet music at a rehearsal, people can be directed to downloads for the score (e.g. musescore.com, github), background information on the song (e.g. wikipedia, youtube, etc.)
