Hide a Rest?

I'm creating some warm-ups for beginning piano students. Many of them haven't learned about rests yet and I want to "hide" the rests so they are not looking at more musical symbols than necessary. Is there a way to delete or hide rests so all that is left is a blank measure with the staff?
