Edit Score not saving.

Hi all, I'm not sure if this is a glitch or user error but I'm trying to make edits to a score to change from Private to Unlisted, change the ensemble type, genre, title etc.

I'm going into Score Manager, clicking the 3 dot menu, selecting the Update This Score option which brings up the Edit Score screen as anticipated. However, whenever I make any changes the Save button remains greyed out and inactive.

I'm sure I did this yesterday to other files without any problems but any advice on what I may be doing wrong would be very much appreciated, thanks!
