How do I get real help that I actually need
Would someone please help me. I have subscribed to Musescore and paid my dues but I can't get the support I need and am spending way to much time solving technical problems and no time on my musical interests. Then when I got a chart onto my phone where I can transcribe it, it asked me to upgrade to pro plus. Then, when I tried to do that it wouldn't let me. So, what am I spending my money on? How do I get the support that I actually need without spending an hour on the ..... computer reading and problem solving in my spare time when I am not being paid to do so?????????? Previously when I had a subscription, things seemed to work better and were more intuitive???
Who is accountable and how do I contact that person?
