MuseScore Keeps Crashing (Easily Repeatable)
My first post did not get a response so I am posting this again with a new title in hopes that the first time everyone just looked at the title and gave up.
When I open MuseScore (version 3.6.2) and my computer isn't connected to anything, it opens fine and works normally, but when I have it connected to a digital piano (Kawai CA48B) and try to open MuseScore, it crashes and shows the crash report window. Please help! My OS is Windows 10 Pro (64-bit) and my computer model is Lenovo 20M9CTO1WW (Lenovo ThinkPad P52).
Steps to reproduce this issue:
1. Connect laptop to digital piano via USB Type B cable
2. Open MuseScore
3. Crash Report Shows (see image)

Check for correct (update) driver (64 bit)?
Does Windows Device Manager show any yellow exclamation mark(s)?
Try a different usb port?
Any settings in the Kawai that should direct output to usb as opposed to midi in/out din connectors?
Anything listed in MuseScore Edit -> Preferences -> I/O for MIDI input/output?
Revert to factory settings? https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/revert-factory-settings
