Exporting music sheet to scrolling music sheet in MP4 for covers

I play saxo" and I use a lot of "play along" from Sergey Brazchnik, who died last year "

The play along are MP4 file scrolling the Saxo solo scrolling music , with notes or bars highlighted with the orchestra sound backtrack

I would like to produce such video with some music sheet ( in .xml or basic PDF ) where I have also the orchestra back track

I could do it with a videoscreen copyer like bandicam, but i would prefer a " direct electronic export"

Is it doable with Musescore , as apparently it is in Sibelius
