Play button no longer triggers scores [Windows 10, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.6.2.548021803)]

Hello all,

On one of my Windows 10 machines, I can no longer listen to whatever has been input into any score.

I have tried uninstalling several times, also with CCleaner to no success.

Any suggestion would be more than welcome!
