How to add Piano staff (treble/bass) for first staff only

I am creating a new score. The score will for the most part have a single instrument (jazz lead sheet), but at the top of the score I want to show a linked piano part (treble/bass) to show a bass simile.

I can make the whole score be linked treble/bass, but cannot figure out how to link only the first two staves
