On-screen keyboard not appearing when I create a video

• Dec 18, 2021 - 04:34

Hello everyone

This doesn't happen always, but for some scores only.
Whenever I upload those scores on the website and create a video score, the video shows the score but does not show the piano keyboard below it.

Is there something wrong with the score formatting, or is it something else?

Kindly address the issue and let me know what can be done to solve the issue at the earliest

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Hi Jojo,

I personally reached musescore.com to address this same issue and they kindly forwarded me to musescore.org forums.

.org and .com are so confusing because it's very easy to go from one to another in only one click. .com has no forum and peoples complaints are ridiculously trashed in some ways.

MY MESSAGE:

Title : Keyboard on the bottom is missing when exporting to Youtube

Hi,

I noticed that some videos I export from Musescore.com to Youtube have the keyboard bar at the bottom and some other have not it.

I can't see any option to show or hide the keyboard in the export screen.

Here are some examples :

With keyboard (expected behavior):
MS : https://musescore.com/user/2473/scores/10998646
YT : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SAIeSVO1gRM

With NO keyboard (unexpected behavior):
MS : https://musescore.com/user/2473/scores/11196661
YT : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v54cD24TPCo

So can you explain me why I get this changing behavior from a score to another ?

Thank you.
