Song titles printed on second, third page of individual parts.
How do I get song titles and instrument names to print on page 2 of exported parts? They print fine on the first page but not any others.

If there is info you want at the top or bottom of every page, add it to the header or footer as appropriate, in Format / Style / Header, Footer.
