Hide/unhide multiple text boxes
I'd like to add "analysis text", where I make comments above particular phrases or notes, but also easily hide all of the text if I just want a print out to play from.
i.e. All analysis notes across the score are easily hidden/unhidden
Is there any way I can do this? And what is the best type of text to do this with, from the Text Palette?

Use a staff text, assign it a user style.
Then you can use right-click (ctrl+click on mac) on one of them and Select → More… to choose "same subtype" and have all texts with that user style selected in one go. Then use the inspector to uncheck their visible property.
