Play Button Greyed Out
I just downloaded Muscore for the first time. I am on version 3.3.4.9134. I am on Windows 10. The audio device I am using is Razer Nari (Headphones). Whenever I open Muscore, many options are greyed out including the play button. (I cannot use spacebar to play either). I tried deleting and reinstalling but nothing worked. When I go to Edit→Preferences→I/O there is nothing in the midi input and output, API, and device. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Sounds like you somehow got hold of an old version. Try getting the current - 3.6.2 - directly from this site. If that doesn't fix your problem right there, then see https://musescore.org/en/node/96811

I updated to the newest version but it is still not working. I did all the steps on https://musescore.org/en/node/96811. However in the step that says "On Windows, right click the speaker icon, select Open volume mixer and ensure that your MuseScore version is listed there (you may need to scroll left or right) and that the volume is not muted." My MuseScore is not listed on the volume mixer. How do I fix this?

Make sure it's running.

If MuseScore is running and yet doesn't show up in Windows mixer, that's probably the issue there, something seems seriously wrong with your Windows installation. So next step would be to go to a WIndows support forum to try to debug that. Once you figure out why Windows isn't showing running programs correctly, that will probably solve the issue.
Regarding your Razer Nari (Headphones)...

I found the problem. I adjusted some settings on my headphones and it works now. Thanks for the help.
