Two questions
1) I am trying to write a guitar tab score that contains triplets. I am able to create said triplets, but for some reason, I am unable to write them so they are all eighth note triplets like I want them. For some reason, there is always a random sixteenth note that I cannot change nor get rid of without getting rid of the entire triplet. Why is this happening, an how do I fix it?
2) How do I make "dead" guitar notes on a tab score and also change the noteheads to x's to mark that they are dead?

1) Always set the total duration of the triplet before issuing the triplet command. For each and every triplet
